Following a society member vote, the Rock and Metal Society is seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to join our committee as the Welfare Secretary. This role acts explicitly as a contact point for society members and direction towards well-being services. Your efforts will help create a welcoming space where all members can enjoy and celebrate their love for rock and metal music. 

The Welfare sec works closely with the president and social secs to ensure safety documents are presented to the university/guild and to promote inclusivity and accessibility at events. The welfare sec maintains open lines of communication with members, encouraging them to share their thoughts and provide regular updates to the committee on welfare-related matters and initiatives.
