The Academic Officer shall be responsible for promoting the academic aims of the Society. 

Primary responsibilities include: 

• Organising and coordinating academic events, including lectures, workshops, and seminars
• Liaise with relevant academic staff or external speakers where appropriate
• Promoting the society at the Freshers fair and introductory lectures during freshers week
• Responsible for liaising with academic reps
