Assists the President in running the society and steps in when they are unavailable.

Organises and takes minutes during committee meetings.

Helps to run events and socialise with society members, taking note of any feedback they have to improve the society.

Supporting the administrative side of events by aiding in the completion of risk assessments and communicating with other organisations for collaborations.

Coordinates committee members and generally supports their work if necessary.
