Responsibilities:

• Assist the Treasurer in managing the society’s financial operations, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and income reporting.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and transparency for internal and external reporting.
• Support event budgeting by preparing cost estimates and managing payment logistics for venue bookings, supplies, and services.
