The Gender Equality Officer works with the Diversity and Inclusion team to ensure that those who identify as female or non-binary are well represented in the society’s EDI strategy and that UELS’s core values of empathy, respect and community are upheld. This will involve organising campaigns, initiatives and events to address issues faced by women and non-binary individuals in law and higher education.
