The Publicity Officers are responsible for the society’s social media accounts including: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. They create and upload posts to advertise our events to members to ensure that members are kept informed of the society’s activities. They will be responsible for writing any society email, consisting of; upcoming events, corporate promotions and important information. They are also responsible for updating the website regularly with any events and activities so that it accurately depicts the society. They must also attempt to answer all messages sent by members to our social media channels in a timely and polite manner, signposting where necessary.
