The Cultural Competency Officers work with the Diversity & Inclusion team to ensure that ethnic minority groups are well represented in the society’s EDI strategy and that UELS’s core values of empathy, respect and community are upheld. Organise campaigns, initiatives, and events to address issues faced by ethnic minority students within law and higher education.
