The Head of Research is an Executive Committee position, responsible for shaping and overseeing all ExRES PRESS research activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the ExRES Research Analyst Scheme
• Set up and manage the ExRES PRESS Website
• Set research direction across sectors and ensure output quality
• Manage and mentor Research Leads and Analysts
• Coordinate publication of insights through ExRES PRESS
• Liaise with industry professionals, alumni, and partners
