Position Information
The Publicity Officer of the Indonesian Society is responsible for promoting the society’s events, activities, and initiatives through various communication channels. This role is crucial in ensuring high engagement, increasing awareness, and maintaining a strong presence both online and within the university community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management - create, schedule, and manage engaging content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Event Promotion - design posts, write promotional materials, suggest content ideas and use digital marketing strategies to attract atendees
- Content Creation - capture photos and videos during events and create engaging posts to showcase the society's activities
- Branding & Image - maintain a consistent and professional image of the society through all publicity materials
- Collaboration with Other Roles - work with committee members to ensure effective promotion of upcoming events
- Member Engagement - encourage interation and participation through engaging posts, stories, and creative campaigns
- Communication & Outreach - act as a point of contact for external collaborations, university announcements, and media inquiries
