As Cultural Awareness Officer, you’ll be the bridge between the Polish Society and the wider university community! Your role is to celebrate Polish culture, promote cross-cultural understanding, and ensure our events are welcoming to everyone — Polish or not. You’ll help showcase Poland’s rich traditions, holidays, and heritage through creative events, collaborations, and campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

• Promoting Polish culture and traditions through events, socials, and educational activities
• Working with other societies to organise cultural collaborations and joint events
• Ensuring society events are inclusive and accessible to all students
• Supporting the committee in planning campaigns that celebrate diversity and intercultural exchange
• Helping communicate the society’s values of openness, respect, and cultural pride
