What you will do:

• Respond to messages on our society email and social media platforms.
• Create newsletter messages to be sent to members.
• Attend to the entrance of our cinema and check tickets/help with any attendees.
• Work with other members of committee and offer to assist in their roles.
• Organise trips to restock our snacks from the wholesale distributor.
• Ensure our equipment and stock cupboard are kept clean and tidy.
• Help to set up and manage our screenings.
• Pick up deliveries.

Qualities for the role:

• Organised and observant
• Ability to track sales trends and suggest new values 
• Proud to ensure the box office and cinema venue are presentable
• Being able to drive and having a car are preferable, but not essential
• Professionalism and a friendly attitude. You are the public face of Campus Cinema so you’ll need to be approachable!
• Reliability; You will make sure messages are responded to promptly.
