The role of the External Outreach Officer is critical in establishing and nurturing partnerships that benefit the Economics Society. You’ll focus on expanding the Society’s network, securing sponsorships, and maintaining valuable relationships. Your duties will include:

1. Partner Engagement: Collaborate with the President to reach out to potential sponsors and partners, broadening the Society's network and securing vital support.
2. Sponsorship Management: Develop and maintain a sponsorship booklet and contracts, ensuring these documents effectively attract and retain sponsors.
3. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and sponsors, ensuring long-term collaboration and support for the Society.
4. Communication Strategy: Create and implement strategies for effective communication with current and potential sponsors, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with the Society’s goals.
5. Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring transparency and ease of access for relevant information.
6. Event Collaboration: Work with committee members to incorporate sponsorships into events and activities, enhancing the Society's offerings and visibility.
7. Feedback and Reporting: Regularly report to the committee on sponsorship activities and outcomes, and gather feedback to continuously improve outreach strategies.
