Vice President & Treasurer – Medical Sciences Society 2025/26

The Vice President & Treasurer plays a dual role in supporting the President while also managing the society’s finances. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and financial management skills to ensure the smooth running and sustainability of the society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the President in overseeing society activities and committee operations.
• Step in for the President when needed, including leading meetings and representing the society.
• Help plan and coordinate events, academic initiatives, and student support programs.
• Manage the society’s budget, keeping accurate financial records and overseeing income and expenses.
• Allocate funds for events, resources, and initiatives while ensuring financial stability.
• Handle membership fees and liaise with the Students’ Union regarding funding and sponsorships.
