Position Information
- Responsible for coming up with social ideas, and organising and hosting them with other committee across the term.
- Speaking to venues about holding specific socials and/or booking out rooms for socials both on and off campus.
- To work closely with our welfare social secretary to plan safe events and socials which cater to all members (e.g. drinking/non-drinking, or more active vs relaxed socials).
- Co-ordinate with the publicity secretary and president about social schedules to ensure events are being publicized efficiently.
- To be a welcoming and friendly face for members and other attendees, making sure to engage with everyone and encourage participation in socials.
