Head of Events 

This role is the equivalent of the social sec position that other societies have. 

Duties:  

• You will be responsible for creating & organising socials/ events, whether that is just for XTV, X-Media or with other societies.  
• You will need to be able to use the XTV FIXR account to ensure that these socials/ events are setup and have adequate descriptions to ensure that the social/ events are understood. 
• You must ensure that socials are engaging and are inclusive to all members, such as those who do not drink. 
• You are required to work with the Head of Business and Finance, and Station Manager to ensure that the XTV budget and expenses for events are balanced.   
• You will be responsible for creating event risk assessments for large-scale events. 
• You will need to work with the Station Manager on the annual risk assessment ahead of the new academic year.
