Head of Business and Finance  

This is the treasurer role for XTV and can be done remotely. 

Duties:  

• As Head of Business and Finance you will monitor the stations finances through the Guild System.  
• You will work with the station manager and deputy station manager to make new purchases and ensure that the purchases are made for the society.  
• You will need to organise reimbursements for XTV members via the Guild System.  
• You will need to provide financial information at XTV committee meetings. 
• Will be responsible for working with the Station Manager and Head of events in completing budget sheet forms for events that include costs, such as the X-Media ball.
