Position Information
- Be responsible for posting about events organised or supported by the society
- Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Guild website etc)
- Respond promptly to emails and messages received
- Design and write up all types of communications carried out by the society e.g. certificates, social media posts and emails
- Have excellent time management skills- if jobs aren't carried out in sufficient time then all functions of the society are hindered and delayed, this causes problems for every other member of the committee
- As the social media administrator, you are the bridge between the committee and the society's members
