• Forward planning- Be mindful of the budget and keep track of expenditure throughout the year 
• Time management- Be able to effectively manage time with society projects and educational commitments 
• Team work- As treasurer you will need to liaise with all members of the team 

Responsibilities 

• Authorising expenses for all activities e.g. conferences 
• Keep on top of committee spending 
• Review previous year's budget and predict possible future expenditure 
• Be able to budget and inform the committee about monetary supply and demand
