The ACS Social Events Secretary is responsible for helping to create memorable, engaging, and inclusive social experiences for members throughout the year. This role is perfect for someone creative, sociable, organised, and passionate about building community within ACS.
Responsibilities may include:
• Planning and coordinating ACS social events, collaborations, and celebrations
• Working with the committee to develop exciting event ideas that reflect the interests of members
• Assisting with event logistics, promotion, and member engagement i.e. through fixrÂ
• Helping to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere at all ACS events
• Supporting attendance and participation across the society’s activities
• Working closely with other committee members to ensure events run smoothly and successfully
