• Overall running of the society. Generally have to make final decision on things and take initiative to get plans moving along, whether that be booking rooms, writing emails, sending out info to members, or simply delegating tasks to the rest of committee.
• Organising gigs is split between committee, but president plays an important role in overseeing this and making sure it all gets done in time. Especially in regards to concerts, which need to be planned together with the other small ensembles.
• Managing the social media channels and emails (again alongside other committee)
• Welfare - (also alongside other committee) ensuring no members feel left out and helping with any other issues they might have.
