🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• 💷 Manage the society’s finances, including budgeting, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring funds are used responsibly
• 📋 Create and oversee event budgets, working closely with other committee members to make sure socials, academic events, and welfare initiatives are financially viable
• 🧾 Handle reimbursements, invoices, and funding requests, liaising with the Students’ Guild where necessary
• 🤝 Advise the committee on financial decisions, helping prioritise spending and maximise impact across the year
• 📈 Track income and expenditure, keeping clear records and ensuring transparency and accountability
• 🏛️ Work with the President and committee to secure funding for large events, including flagship academic and professional initiatives
• 🛡️ Ensure compliance with Guild financial rules and procedures
