🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• 🎊 Plan and run PPE Society socials, from bar crawls and themed nights to chilled mixers and joint events with other societies
• 🤝 Work as a duo, collaborating closely to share ideas, divide responsibilities, and deliver smooth, well-run events
• 📅 Build a varied social calendar across the year, balancing big nights out with more relaxed, inclusive socials ☕🎲
• 🧠 Coordinate with the wider committee, especially Publicity and Welfare, to ensure events are well-promoted and accessible to all
• 📋 Manage event logistics, including bookings, timings, ticketing, and on-the-day organisation
• 💬 Create a welcoming atmosphere, helping new members integrate and ensuring socials are safe, fun, and inclusive
