Role Summary:
The President and Editor-in-Chief serves as the principal representative and strategic leader of The Witness. They set the editorial vision, oversee the publication process  and ensure cohesion across editorial and operational areas. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide editorial leadership, overseeing article publishing, editing standards, and publication strategy
• Plan and oversee the training of editors and contributors
• Oversee collaboration between junior editors and committee members
• Develop long-term goals for the journal’s growth, outreach, and institutional standing
• Offer pastoral support and ensure team cohesion
• Uphold journalistic integrity and editorial neutrality in politically sensitive matters
