Events, Marketing and Publicity Representative

1. They shall be responsible for administration of social media including Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp groups for the Society.
2. They shall be responsible for ensuring the safety of members on the social media platforms and reporting any concerns to the President and then onward to the Guild.
3. They shall send all promotional emails to the membership for events and activities via the Guild website.
