Roundtable Secretary:

• Shall select the motions (topics) for debate, with input from the president where needed. 
• Shall help run roundtable events, including getting people to attend events.
• Shall engage with members to find out what are the topics for debate.
• Shall help with book venues for roundtable events.
• Shall attend welfare training and be aware of the welfare of members
• Shall be responsible for society publicity where appropriate in the role
