Speaker Secretary:

• Shall be responsible for finding speakers for society events.
• Shall be responsible for working with the VP Events to find accommodation and make travel arrangements for speaker events.
• Shall be responsible for logistics and responding to emails with speakers and external individuals.
• Shall attend welfare training and be aware of the welfare of members
• Shall be responsible for society publicity where appropriate in the role
