Stash secretary means you get to choose what all of your society wears. You choose clothing items, design them to match the theme of MedSoc, create a catalogue to display them and get the orders coming in. When the orders are completed through FIXR, you arrange a time and date with the supplier to receive the items so you can hand them out to the society. Generally, a really fun process and allows your creativity to come to light!

Skills required:

• Good communication skills (with the supplier and members of MedSoc)
• Some interest in clothing is desirable but not a necessity!!
• Ability/willingness to learn how to use PowerPoint/Canva to edit designs - this isn't as scary as it looks, and the supplier does most of the mock-up looks
• Being well organised to release two or three stash releases in the year - one per term towards end of term
• Attention to detail - you've got to make sure to order the right sizes and numbers
