The treasurer oversees all financial inputs and outputs undertaken by the society. Doing so, they track the money spent by each member of the committee towards the organisation of events, meet-ups, and so on. With the president they are the only committee members able to access the society's bank account and approve of expenses. As treasurer, it is crucial to rigorously maintain records of each income and expenditure in line with the Student's Guild policy and maintain an annual budget. The treasurer must be a standard membership holder, not an associate member.
