Position Information
- Oversees all society activities/events throughout year (including Freshers Week, Varsity, training sessions, elections).
- Carries outs and submits the Annual Risk Assessment and amends it when necessary
- Undertakes Event Specific Risk Assessments (such as for varsity)
- Represents the society and its members
- Communicates with the Student's Guild to ensure the best for the society
- Communicates with Sports Park to book training sessions and taster sessions throughout the year.
- Works with every single committee member within their individual role, and organises meetings every few months to give updates and track trajectory of the society
