Ensure that members and committee feel welcome within the society, resolve issues that might arise between members or committee, responsible for the creation of a welfare reporting form and line and veils form that are circulated at the beginning of the year and checked throughout the year. You may participate in DMing the campaign at various points throughout the year.

This role is great for someone who is empathetic and is willing to lend a kind ear. You need to have a degree of interpersonal awareness and be accepting and welcoming.
