Position Information

The Social Secretary is responsible for planning and organizing events that bring together members of the Jordanian Society. This role involves managing logistics, working closely with other committee members, and ensuring our events are fun, inclusive, and well-attended. The Social Secretary also helps maintain communication with members regarding upcoming activities and contributes ideas for new initiatives to enhance student engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Plan and coordinate social events throughout the academic year

Work with the President and Treasurer to set event budgets

Promote events in collaboration with the Media/Public Officers

Gather feedback and suggestions from members

Help ensure all events run smoothly on the day
