The Public Officer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the public image of the society. This includes creating visual content, managing social media platforms, promoting events, and ensuring consistent branding and communication. The role suits someone with creative skills in design, media editing, and outreach, and requires collaboration with the rest of the committee to support society visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design posters, graphics, and digital assets for events and announcements
Manage the society’s social media channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Support marketing campaigns and event promotions
Work closely with the Social Secretary and Events team
Capture and archive photo/video content from society activities
Uphold the society’s brand identity in all communications
