As per v.2.2 of the EUCA Constitution:

5.6. Speaker Secretary

• 5.6.1. They shall be responsible for the organisation of regular speakers to visit EUCA.
• 5.6.2. They shall obtain and maintain the contacts of speakers to help secure potential future speaker events.
• 5.6.3. They shall complete risk assessments and all other paperwork for speaker events.
• 5.6.4. Power transferred to the Chairman.
• 5.6.5. Liaise with the Social Secretary on events that involve both speaker and social elements.
• 5.6.6. Meet with speakers and accompany them when they visit EUCA for an event.
