Election for the position of Class Coordinator in Body Society.

Role responsibilities: 

• Creates termly class timetables 
• Books rooms in the Lemon Grove via the Guild booking system
• Liaises with instructors and is their first point of contact
• Creates weekly class rotas for committee members 
• Recruits new instructors 
• Communicates with the Guild Activities Team to manage bookings and any changes
