The treasurer is the chief financial officer and accountant for the society, and will attend any meetings related to the finance of the society. The treasurer sets and oversees the production of an annual budget and presents a financial report to all members at the AGM. They are responsible for ensuring that all members have purchased membership, and have the responsibility to write and sign off financial forms of the society.
