Social Secretary (x2)

• Organising fortnightly socials throughout year for members
• Ensuring socials are creative and inclusive (includes non-drinking socials)
• Providing Fresher/Refresher and end-of-term socials e.g. Christmas Dinner, Termly Dinner
• Contacting third party companies/businesses for socials (e.g. pubs, restaurants)
• Co-ordinating with Publicity Sec ensuring sufficient advertising of socials
• Co-ordinating with Treasurer ensuring management of event expenses (budget forms, 
  reimbursements etc.
