Check the Ideas email, read scripts that have been sent in and discuss them with the writer. 

If they want to produce it, evauluate if it is possible and start production. 

As a producer you must ensure all aspects are organised:  

perfecting the script 

casting 

planning shoot days -schedule + booking/reserving the location. 

reserving equipment + helping members learn how to use all EQ.
