The Vice President (VP) supports the President in running the society. They help keep everything organised and step in when the President is unavailable. Key responsibilities include:
Support & Leadership: Assisting the President with overall management and taking initiative on key tasks when needed.
Internal Organisation: Helping coordinate rehearsals, socials, and meetings; keeping track of deadlines and society plans.
Welfare & Morale: Supporting group members’ well-being, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the group.
Communication: Aiding with internal and external communication (e.g. with venues, event organisers, or student union) and relaying information to the team.
Project Management: Taking the lead on specific projects
Reliability: Acting as a dependable second-in-command who can take over key duties if the President is unavailable.
