A Production Supervisor needs experience working backstage, working with tech and needs to be able to take initiative when it comes to supporting and guiding the production team through the production process alongside our Company tech manager and Company stage manager. This job Requires communication skills as a prod sup will need to be able to be a bridge between committee and the production team, allowing everyone to be aware of the process.
