Responsibilities

Spearhead the Intramural Sports Program, to ensure community engagement & success of ExSIF in social sport leagues. 

Communicate with other sports teams to report results and ensure the society is enrolled into the leagues by the respective deadlines.

Ensure guest speakers and networking events feature a diverse range of ethnicities, genders, and professional backgrounds.

Promote inclusive participation by encouraging students from all degree backgrounds to join ExSIF and ensuring content is accessible to all experience levels.

Consider accessibility needs for members with mental and physical disabilities, ensuring alignment with ExSIF’s disability pledge.

Organize events promoting inclusion in finance for underrepresented groups.

Support members’ well-being by directing them to university resources and collaborating with societies such as Nightline and the Students’ Guild.

Complete well-being training to effectively support members.
