The responsibilities of the fundraiser manager include motivating and leading our fundraising volunteers, including recruitment, training, and overseeing volunteers for fundraising efforts. While also being an innovator when it comes to strategy creation, through the development of fundraising strategies aligned with the goals that have set through targets. With the main role being to plan engaging impactful fundraising events and working with our treasurer to ensure these event expenses stay within budget.
