RESPONSIBILITIES

• To organise and run a range of regular and engaging events during term time.
• To contact and build/maintain links with local businesses and other societies.
• Responsible for submitting risk assessments and event approval forms to the guild, supported by the general secretary.
• Coordinate with other committee members to ensure the smooth publicising and running of all events.
