• Organise academic events, including workshops and guest speaker talks, to provide industry insights.
• Proactively reach out to alumni and professionals on LinkedIn to secure guest speakers, mentors, and networking opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing the annual Careers/Networking Dinner.
• Complete weekly action points set by the Head of Academic Operations to align career initiatives with society goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote career events and opportunities to members.
• Collect and analyse feedback from members to improve career-related initiatives.
• Maintain a record of career-related events, partnerships, and initiatives for future officers.
