• Makes sure everyone feels welcome and accepted into the society at socials and sessions
• Acts as a main point of contact for all members who feel that they may be struggling 
• Acts as a listening ear and signposts members to further help and advice
• Helps ensure committee members are well, helps proactively resolve any conflicts
• Flexible and uses initiative to help out with other roles when needed
