- Leading weekly training sessions (ensuring are safe, inclusive and fun)
- Listen to members to improve sessions, ensuring safety and inclusivity
- Organising team sorting, bib handouts, and music speakers for sessions (with help of Vice Captains)
- Acting as a key point of contact with Sports Centre staff
- Co-ordinating with Vice Captains throughout the year
- Preparing benchball teams for Varsity
