Duties:

• Produce quality media to promote and showcase the work of the Society.
• Work to handle both media and social media.
• Media includes taking pictures and gathering footage at events, and editing them, for social media or future highlight reels.
• Social Media includes designing and making posters for events and editing videos.
• Build on and add to the Society YouTube Channel.

Requirements: 

• To have good organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines to ensure events achieve maximum publicity via being marketed well enough in advance and effectively.
• To be able to see the ‘bigger picture’ in terms of how others view the ISoc, and where the image of the ISoc is lacking or deviating from its intended image.
• Ideally, to have a passion for branding, marketing and perhaps art, design, media and other similar pursuits.
• Ideally, to have prior experience at poster design, web design or something similar, although this is by no means essential.
• Ideally, to have above average poster designing and video editing skills.
• Confident and imaginative.
