Duties:

• Organise and promote a variety of sports activities for brothers (e.g. football, basketball and cricket).
• Enter teams into Exeter University's Intramural League.
• Organise sporting events against other societies or sports clubs.
• Ensure all sports activities are carried out in a planned and safe manner, adhering to relevant safety precautions and Guild rules.
• Work to secure funding or sponsorships for sports-related activities and equipment in collaboration with the Treasurer.
• Gather feedback from participants on sports events and activities to inform future planning.

Requirements:

• Be passionate about sports and physical activity.
• Possess good organizational and time management skills.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members and external organizations.
• Be able to motivate and encourage participation.
• Ideally, have some experience in organizing or participating in sports events.
