As Welfare Sec your main role is to make sure everyone is happy and safe. You will be the main and first member that issues will be reported to. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Looking out for any issues 
• Make sure everyone feels happy and safe to express themselves
• Set up small gatherings and invite people to come and speak to you about issues 
• Take the proper action if anything happens

No prior experience is needed. Make sure to communicate with committee members on setting up wellness days. During socials and events you will be there to ensure everyone is safe.
