- Organise events joint with the department like quizzes, debates, talks, film screenings etc.
- Organise the language tutoring scheme in collaboration with the department.
- Set up and run the family scheme and family events.
- Advertise and oversee the HEAR award scheme for tutors.
- Liaise with the department regarding relevant feedback from students.
