As producer, you are the financial and well-being lead of the process, and with this will have many tasks: calling and running the creative team meetings, liaising with the rights company, sourcing a production team, overseeing publicity and fundraising, and overseeing the rehearsal process to ensure that the show is developing in line with the aims of the creative team. You are the first person people will go to with show-based issues, either practically or from a welfare perspective, and will work with the President and the Footlights committee to resolve any issues.
